How It Works:

The 10-cent fee is automatically added by credit card companies and banks.
Collected funds are transferred to the IRS through existing systems.
10% goes to the U.S. Government.
90% is invested in high-yield ETFs generating weekly dividends.

Monthly Dividend Distribution:

10% → U.S. Government
15% → Reinvestment
37.5% → Distributed proportionally to contributors
37.5% → Distributed equally among all contributors
